JANET WOODARD, GRI®, CPM
Born and raised in Nebraska, Janet moved to Dallas, Texas to raise her two children while working in the commercial real estate community for Lincoln Property Company. She managed and leased Class-AA, high-rise office buildings for national developers Lincoln Property Company and Equitable Real Estate Management.
Embracing real estate to its fullest, she earned the Institute of Real Estate Management designation of Certified Property Management (CPM). Dallas buildings managed and leased by Janet earned coveted local and regional "Building of the Year" Awards from the national organization, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She also earned her Texas Real Estate License.
As a lifetime hiker and skier of the Colorado Mountains, Janet embarked on a personal adventure and relocated to Vail, Colorado. She was selected by Vail Resorts Development Company to roll out their exclusive, on-mountain Club Membership program. In just three years, Janet was responsible for the program's resounding success with club membership sales of over $14 million - Passport Clubhouse at Golden Peak, Beaver Creek Club, Arrowhead Alpine Club and the Bachelor Gulch Club.
Her resounding success brought Janet exciting residential real estate sales opportunities, first with Eagle Ranch where she earned Rookie of the Year and Top Producer awards as part of the roll-out team for the new PUD, Eagle Ranch, a 1,600-acre mixed-use development and Arnold Palmer golf course community. Janet's knowledge of the Vail Valley/Eagle County real estate market and her attention to detail brought her continued success in the valley-wide residential market with Berkshire Hathaway/Home Services. Her property sales, ranging from $120,000 to $6,000,000, earned Top Sales Associate, Fine Homes Specialist, President's Circle and LeadingEdge Society awards.
The many facets of the Vail Valley experience - community/philanthropic, cultural arts, mountain sports, golf and valley-wide business experience are all a part of Janet Woodard's background.
